Teachers in the Hebrew schools maintained by the Jewish Agency will go on strike for half a day next Sunday as a protest against the failure of the Jewish Agency to pay them salaries for the seventh month.
This is the second time teachers have gone on strike since last Fall. At that time, the strike was precipitated by the failure of the Agency to pay back arrears in salaries and curtailments it sought to make as an economy measure.
