It has been officially announced in Vienna that the term for registration of Jewish property in Austria, under Field Marshal Hermann Goering’s decree, has been extended to July 16. The Vienna University rectorate has been informed by the Austrian Ministry of Interior that Austrian Jews who have finished their studies may be admitted to take examinations and graduate until the end of the present term. the Emigration Department of the Vienna Jewish Community and the Palestine Office have established a special Jewish Information Bureau regarding foreign exchange after official notification that Jews were no longer allowed to apply to the State Foreign Exchange Office.
