Seguin Jews will soon have their own House of Worship as a result of an offer made by Mr. Joe Novich of this city. Speaking before the entire congregation which had gathered for holiday worship, Mr. Novich stated that he would erect a Temple on a suitable location in Seguin at his own expense and tender it to the congregation as a memorial to his wife, the late Mr. Julia Novich. The only stipulation made in connection with the offer was that the Jews of Seguin should properly organize, equip the edifice, maintain it permanently and forever regard it as a memorial to the donor’s wife.
