A fund of $100,000 will be sought in the state of Texas for the purpose of purchasing land in Palestine through the Jewish National Fund. A decision to this effect was taken at the session here of the Texas Zionist Association on Sunday. The land will be used for a Texas colony sponsored and financed by the Texas Zionist Association, under the direction of the Jewish National Fund.
Plans for securing the fund and purchasing the land will be adopted at the state convention in Dallas, May 12th and 13th.
