The agreements on safe-passage routes between the West Bank and Gaza Strip and a seaport in the Gaza Strip reached Monday by Israel and the Palestinians depend upon the two sides resolving other disputes, according to sources in Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office. Negotiators on Tuesday continued to discuss the release of Palestinian prisoners and a timetable for further Israeli withdrawals from the West Bank.
