The American Friends of the Hebrew University has named Abraham F. Wechsler of New York as the 1967 recipient of its Scopus Award. Irving Mitchell Felt will be chairman of the Nov. 20 dinner at which the award will be presented. The Earl of Balfour will be the principal speaker.
