The anti-Semitic agitation in Roumania has reached a degree of violence for which it is difficult to find a parallel in recent years, declared Lucien Wolf, secretary of the Joint Foreign Committee, in his monthly report to the Anglo-Jewish Board of Deputies yesterday.

It was, however, unwise for the Joint Foreign Committee to take public action until after the general elections in Roumania, Mr. Wolf stated.
