The Berlin subway has rejected an ad campaign showing images of young Israelis killed in terror attacks. The subway’s parent firm, BVG, opposed a plan by the Israeli embassy and funded by the local Jewish community at a cost of $25,000 to place ads in 50 stations with pictures of Israeli youths killed during the second Palestinian uprising, the Jerusalem Report said. Subway officials said they oppose bringing “an intense political confrontation” into the subway.
