The Beth Israel Junior Guild will hold its second annual cabaret and dance tonight at the Community Center, 102nd street and Eighty-eighth avenue, Richmond Hill. Miss Sylvia Stern, chairman of the arrangements committee, announced that Williams Israel will be master of ceremonies and Ray Pollenz and his orchestra will play.
