The Buenos Aires Provincial Senate, at La Plata, officially observed Israel’s 16th anniversary today. Israel Ambassador Joseph Avidar was a guest of the Senate, and was accompanied to the chamber by a special honor guard. An address lauding Israel and its achievements was delivered by Sen. Ernesto Berner.
