In the Berlin UFA Theatre a French film, “La Maternelle,” has made an unusually strong impression on the public. Hundreds of people are been entering the theatre each day. The entire press, particularly the “Angriff,” is full of praise for this film, its great artistic value being recognized.

It is noteworthy that the National Socialist press is praising this film despite the fact that it is the work of a Jew, Benoit–Levy. In order to prevent the public from pondering on the double name, it has stricken out the “Levy” part in the programs, advertisements, and criticisms, abbreviating the name to Jean Benoit. The Jew and his work is being accepted for the high financial returns he brings–but not everybody knows it.

The Socialist Labor International Sport is determined to fight against the holding of the 1935 Olympiade in Berlin. A fight for the Labor Sport movement in Germany with its 1,300,000 members has been lost and the sport meeting places have been transformed into military training camps, which is the reason for the determined position of the Labor Sport Service in various parts of the world against the holding of the Olympics in Berlin.

The Rumanian Government has issued a decree that in all enterprises 75 per cent of all employees must be Rumanians. Dr. Meyer Ebner, well known Jewish leader, exposes the Rumanian newspaper, “Universal,” which defines as “Rumanian” only those who are Rumanian by origin, not those who have become citizens.

When the German government tries to persuade the world that its regime is not one of barbarism it contends that the Jews are not mistreated. Whoever takes trouble to look over the help wanted ads in the Sunday issue of the “Frankfurter Zeitung” will easily find out that each vacancy is destined for an “Aryan” and that the Jew is not being sought. Jewish department stores are particularly zealous to acquire “Aryan” help.

The Minister of Education in Rumania has issued an order that from now on the Jewish communities are no longer permitted to send out their letters through the mails free. In other words, the Jewish communities are being deprived of the right which other religious communities continue to enjoy, including the Mohammedans. This represents a violation of the constitutional rights of all people.
