The Bush administration won’t impose further aid penalties for now, after Israel rerouted its West Bank security barrier. “At the moment, we don’t have any plans to dock them over the route of the fence,” U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell told the Senate on April 8 in testimony about aid to Israel.
