The Chabad movement in South Africa is calling on the country’s Jews to pray for peace following a spate of crime in Johannesburg – including two recent incidents involving Jews – and because of the ongoing violence in the Middle East. Chabad is sending prayer pamphlets to the entire Jewish community, particularly targeting children at the Jewish day schools.
