The chairman of St. Petersburg University’s history department was fired after conflicts with students and other professors stemming from his anti-Semitism, according to the Union of Councils for Soviet Jews. Igor Froyanov is the author of several works that attempt to “expose” secret conspiracies of Jews and the West to destroy Russia.
