The condition of William Fox, motion picture producer, who was injured in an automobile accident on Wednesday, is favorable. Physicians at the Nassau Hospital, where he is a patient, expressed the belief that he would be able to return to his country home, Foxcroft, in Woodmere, L. I., in a comparatively short time.

Rabbi Joseph H. Lookstein of the Congregation Kehilath Jeshurun, was one of the representatives of the three religious faiths, appointed by United States District Attorney Tuttle to distribute the sum of $25,000 given by the New York “Evening World” to aid the victims of the Clarke Brothers Bank collapse.
