The cover of a new book by former U.S. Undersecretary of State Stuart Eizenstat outraged the Swiss government even before it was published. “Imperfect Justice: The Unfinished Business of World War II,” which deals with Switzerland’s wartime financial dealings with the Nazis, has on its cover a swastika appearing within the Swiss flag.
