The District Attorney’s office in Innsbruck has suspended an investigation of Franz Hausberger, the mayor of the skiing resort of Mayrhofen in the Tyrol, who had been a member of the infamous First SS Infantry Brigade. The District Attorney contends that there is not sufficient evidence against Hausberger.
