The families of 13 Israeli Arabs killed by Israeli police during riots in October refused to accept financial help from the Palestinian Authority, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz. Each family was offered $10,000, the amount bereaved families in the West Bank and Gaza Strip receive.
