The father of a woman killed in a 1995 bus bombing in the Gaza Strip is calling on Hillary Rodham Clinton to oppose a recent move by the Clinton administration that blocked Flatow from collecting a judgment against Iran. Stephen Flatow said that the first lady, as an all-but-declared New York senatorial candidate, has an “obligation to speak out against such a policy.” The State Department has said efforts to collect the money would hamper U.S. foreign policy.
