The FBI offered to use genetic tests to identify the driver of a car used in the 1994 bombing of the AMIA Jewish community center in Buenos Aires. The test could help determine whether the driver was a suicide bomber or someone duped into driving the vehicle. The offer was contained in an FBI report that accused Iranian officials of involvement in the attack, which killed 86 people and left some 300 wounded.
