The Foreign Ministry yesterday informed the Jewish Telegraphic Agency that there were no casualties in the anti-Jewish disturbances in Lemberg and that seventeen students had been arrested under article 163.
The arrested face maximum prison sentences of five years.
The authorities will take vigorous measures to prevent any recurrences.
