The government will shortly present a bill which would prevent unauthorized TV and radio broadcasts, even beyond Israel’s territorial waters. A decision to that effect was reached in a meeting between Education Minister Zevulun Hammer, who is in charge of the Broadcasting Authority Law, Communications Minister Yitzhak Modai and a representative of the Justice Ministry.
