The Hamas leader who was the target of a botched Mossad assassination attempt last September plans to file a civil suit in Jordan against Israel and the Mossad agents, according to the Israeli newspaper Ha’aretz. According to the report, Khaled Mashaal hopes the court will rule Israel is a state that practices terrorism.
