The Israeli army reportedly has prepared a plan to remove Israeli settlers from nearly all settlements in the Gaza Strip and seven in the West Bank as part of an interim agreement with the Palestinians.Spokespeople for Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said he is unaware of the plan, which reportedly was part of a proposal that would include provisional Palestinian statehood.
