The Israeli Cabinet is scheduled to hold another meeting Thursday to determine what if any proposals regarding the further redeployment Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will bring with him when he meets next week with President Clinton in Washington. Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat, who is slated to hold a separate meeting with Clinton, has called the upcoming round of discussions at the White House the “last chance” to save the peace process.
