The Israeli government’s budget deficit for February was more than $500 million. Among the factors was the continued drop in tax revenue amid Israel’s economic downturn. Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the despite the difficult economic situation, it’s possible to turn the economy around, Israel Radio reported.
