The Israeli singer Noa will perform a joint New Year’s Eve concert with the Algerian singer Khaled in Italy. Noa, also known as Achinoam Nini, has performed frequently with Muslim singers and will also perform Jan. 5 in Naples with the Palestinian singer Nabil, who is part of an Italian pop group.
