The Jewish Book Committee of Toronto, affiliated with the Canadian Jewish Congress Central Region, is developing a year-round program promoting books of Jewish content in English, Hebrew and Yiddish. This effort is being conducted in cooperation with all congregations, organizations and schools in the Jewish community, educational institutions and libraries in the general community and booksellers in the metropolitan area. Observance of Jewish Book, Month will continue to be the Committee’s primary task.
