The Jewish National Council of Palestine is criticized today by the Juedische Rundschau, organ of the German Zionists, for the failure of its chairman, Pinchas Rutenberg, to participate in the negotiations between the Jewish Agency and the British government. Asking why Prof. Felix Frankfurter is not taking part in the conversations, the Rundschau asks American Zionists and the Revisionists to join the political commission or else Dr. Chaim Weizmann will be compelled to relinquish responsibility for that commission.
