The leader of an Italian political party with neo-fascist roots will visit Israel this fall. Italian deputy prime minister Gianfranco Fini, head of the National Alliance Party, will make an official visit to Israel this fall, sources said. Israel’s ambassador to Italy, Ehud Gol, told a weekend conference of the Federation of Italy-Israel Associations that the visit was “imminent” but that the date was not yet finalized.
