The leadership of the Islamic Movement in Israel was not directly involved in two botched bombings in the northern cities of Tiberias and Haifa just over two months ago, Israeli investigators said. The Israeli daily Ha’aretz reported that prosecutors are expected to file charges against two Israeli Arabs suspected of involvement in the attacks, which killed three of the four bombers.
