The longtime Jewish professional who headed an international Holocaust restitution commission was disbarred. After being investigated by the commission for allegedly misappropriating funds for personal use, Neal Sher, former chief of staff of the Washington office of the International Commission on Holocaust Era Insurance Claims, was disbarred Aug. 28, the Forward reported.
