The Museum of the Diaspora (Beth Hatefutsot) on the Tel Aviv University campus is marking the 70th anniversary of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee (JDC) with a photograhic exhibition showing how it has aided Jews in distress from the early years of the century to the present. The photo display documents JDC assistance to Jews who fled pograms in Europe before and during World War II; and JDC activities since the war in the U.S., Israel and other countries.
