The National Conference on Soviet Jewry has learned that former Soviet Jewish Prisoner of Conscience Ilya Glezer has received a permit to emigrate to Israel and must leave by March 20. He was sentenced to three years in prison and three years in exile in August, 1972, on grounds of “disseminating anti-Soviet propaganda,” and was released from prison last January.
