The Netherlands Palestine Committee has again applied for a subsidy to the Ministry for Development Aid, this time for 1978. Its applications for the years 1976 and 1977 were rejected, partly owing to strong opposition by Jewish organizations. The Netherlands Palestine Committee wants the subsidy in order to pay the salary of a full-time permanent secretary-organizer.
