The nine people killed in Monday’s suicide bombing in Tel Aviv were identified. They were Philip Balhasan, 45, of Ashdod; Ariel Darhi, 31, of Bat Yam; Victor Erez, 60, of Givatayim; Benjamin Haputa, 47, of Lod; David Shaulov, 29, of Holon; Lily Yunes, 42, of Oranit; Marcelle Cohen, 75, from France; and Rosalia Basalia, 48, and Pirosca Boda 50, of Romania.
