The number of immigrants arriving in November dropped to 1681, compared to 2068 in November, 1974, it was officially reported here this weekend. Among those who arrived, there was a rise in the number of immigrants from the Soviet Union–873 in November, compared to 715 in October and 622 in September. The rate of those leaving the USSR and not arriving in Israel during November was 38 percent.
