The offices of the Jewish Agency here are being closed down and the five shlichim are returning to Israel, Israel Ben Num, who was head of the Agency for the last five years, told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency. He said that by closing the offices the Agency would be saving some $500,000 a year. Ben Num said the offices included those of the treasury, aliya department, education and information. During his tenure he established a Maccabi and Israel club in Vienna. He said he intends to return to Israel.
