The Palestine Defense Committee of Iraq announced today dispatch of a cable to President Roosevelt protesting the “critical attitude” of the United States Government in the Palestine situation. A similar protest was made to the American Legation here. Arab nationalist newspapers also voiced dissatisfaction with the American attitude, advising the United States to “avoid allowing itself being dominated, like England, by the Zionist yoke.”
