The Palestinian Authority announced a curfew on the West Bank town of Jericho. The curfew is part of a search by Palestinian security officials and Israeli troops for a Hamas leader who escaped from a Palestinian prison last Friday. Imad Awadallah is accused of killing a Hamas bomb-maker in March.
