The Palestinian Authority overcounted Palestinians by more than a million, a team of demographers concluded. The American-Israeli Demographic Research Group, presenting its findings at the American Enterprise Institute on Thursday, said the 3.8 million figure for 2004, published by the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics, was off by 1.3 million.
