The president of an Atlanta synagogue was among the victims of Mark Barton, a stock market day trader who killed nine people during a July 29 shooting rampage at two local brokerage firms. Charles Allen Tenenbaum, 48, was planning his first trip to Israel next year, according to the rabbi of his synagogue.
