The president of the American Jewish Congress met recently with Pakistan’s president. The meeting between Jack Rosen and Pervez Musharraf was their fifth in the past year and a half. The ongoing meetings are a sign that moderate Muslims will continue to reach out to Israel and Jews, though the recent Israel-Hezbollah war harmed that process, Rosen told The Associated Press. Pakistan has no diplomatic relations with Israel.
