The Russian Jewish Congress is helping relatives of victims of last month’s Sibir Airlines crash. The program includes legal support for lawsuits relating to the tragedy over the Black Sea. Some 78 people, including 66 Jews, died in the Oct. 4 crash of the plane, which was traveling from Tel Aviv to Novosibirsk, Russia.
