The Salt Lake Conference of Religious Groups has just been formed here and embraces fourteen different denominations. They include Jewish, Mormon, Catholic, Episcopal, Methodist, Seventh Day Adventist, Greek Orthodox, Christian Scientist and others.
The organization was effected at a meeting in the Jewish Community Center on East South Temple street. Dr. Samuel H. Gordon, rabbi of B’nai Israel Congregation, was elected corresponding secretary.
