The Senate may require the State Department to assess international anti-Semitism. As an amendment to the annual State Department Authorization Act, the Senate passed a provision that would include a section on anti-Semitism in the Annual Report on International Religious Freedom, which provides country-by-country information on religious freedom and government practices.
