The sixth annual assembly of the South-western Jewish Chautauqua Society will be held here Nov. 28 to Dec. 2. The secretary, Miss Jeannette Miriam Goldberg, is now making a tour in the south. Plans have been concluded for the forty-second annual assembly of the general Jewish Chautauqua Society, to be held in Buffalo, December 25-29.
The society has announced its courses for 1929 in the summer schools of the universities on the Bible, Jewish History and general Jewish education.
