The Somerfin firm of Geneva has invited several European shipyards to bid on a 20,000-ton trans Atlantic ferry boat to operate between Israel and the United States, it was reported here today. The boat is to have a capacity of 1,000 passengers and 250 cars. Its estimated cost is between $10,000,000 and $12,000,000.
