The State Department Tuesday condemned as “terroristic acts” the bomb explosions in two buses in Jerusalem Monday and the attempt by terrorists Sunday night to infiltrate Israel by sea. Asked if he would specifically condemn the Palestine Liberation Organization which has claimed credit for both incidents, the Department’s chief spokesman. Hodding Carter, replied, “I’ll be glad to condemn anyone who wishes to claim credit for terrorist acts–the PLO or anybody else.”
