The Supreme Court has rejected a defense appeal to reverse the life sentence imposed by a Saarbruecken jury in 1971 on former SS officer Fritz Gebauer who was convicted of murdering three Jews between 1941-43. The victims were slave laborers employed in a German munitions plant in Lwow.
